Shipping Policy for the USA: Optiwell Fitness products to customers in the USA. The shipping time could be from 7-15 days, depending on the shipping. The shipping may take two extra days if any delay occurs. Optiwell Fitness provides free shipping methods.

Returns Policy for USA: Optiwell Fitness accepts returns for defective or damaged products within 4 days of delivery. If the customer receives a defective or damaged product, they should contact OptiWell Fitness by sending email at support@optiwellfitness.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process. The customer will need to provide photos or videos to prove the defect or damage. Optiwell Fitness will then provide a return address for the customer to send the product back. Once the product is received and inspected, Optiwell Fitness will either send a replacement or issue a refund.
